Jessica & Brandon's Family {Utah County Portrait Photography}

Last Saturday I met my beautiful niece and her adorable family for a family photo session. It was a fun yet chilly time! It turned out to be a gorgeous Fall day but you could definitely feel that lovely little crisp "bite" in the air.

The challenge was competing with the local ducks for Gage's attention. He was mesmerized by them and wanted nothing to do with sitting still when he had a perfectly good game of chase to play with the ducks. Actually, one of my favorite pictures from that day was one of him chasing them! My other favorite is of the rest of the family smiling and laughing as they watched Gage run around. Their smiles are totally real and comfortable - love it!

PTSA Student Board {Utah County Portrait Photography}

I have had to honor of working with this amazing group of high school students for the last couple of years. They are the Student Board of the high school Service Club.  They are such intelligent, funny and loving kids! They constantly impress me with their minds and their hearts!

Last weekend, we went up the canyon to get some Student Board pictures to put in our display case at the high school. It was a blast! There were times we were all laughing so hard we cried ...

They are as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. I truly love these kids!

Hollie {Utah County Portrait Photography}

Last week I got to work with Hollie - she is such a spunky, funny and gorgeous young woman! We had a great time and she was an absolute natural in front of the camera. She even got a few honks from passing cars! ;)

Sally's Family {Utah County Portrait Photography}

I was thrilled to take pictures for Sally and her three beautiful kids! A couple of weeks ago, we all piled into my car and up we went to beautiful canyon nearby for a lovely Fall photo shoot.

Sally told me that it had been over 10 years since their last family portrait! They are such a gorgeous family it seems a shame, but I was more than happy to fix that problem!

Talk about an wonderful family to work with! I can't think of any easier and more pleasant group to work with - it was a joy! We had so much fun that we didn't realize a few hours had passed... I guess its true - time flies when you are having fun. :)

Thanks for being so much fun, so easy to work with and so photogenic!!! Let's do it again sometime  ... and not in 10 years! :)

Marianne's Family {Utah County Portrait Photography}

This week I had the pleasure of taking family pictures for one of my dearest friends, Marianne. She is such a fun, smart, down to earth and super talented lady! I look truly up to her! One of her biggest achievements is her amazing family. They are all so awesome. She and her hubby, Curtis have done an incredible job as parents.

I went over to their home Sunday evening and met the whole gang there (married son and his cute wife, college daughter, working daughter, the two guys still at home and of course, precious little Brooklyn - THE grandchild) :)

Right from the start, I could tell we were going to have fun! Everyone was smiling and telling jokes, They were the easiest family to work with!!! And it didn't hurt that they are beautiful people (inside and out).

We finally had to stop when the sun slipped out of sight but I was able to get so many gorgeous pictures of this amazing family! Thanks for such a fun time!!!

Janee & Rick's Family {Utah County Portrait Photography}

On Friday, I took family pictures for Janee and her adorable family. Her little boys have the biggest smiles ever! I just can't get enough of their big smiles and big blue eyes!!!

We met a a beautiful park and had a lot of fun getting some great pics of the boys and their family. Mathias was so great to work with - very smiley and  happy! Great job, sweetie!!!

I had so much fun capturing their family and all of their great smiles. Thanks for being for so easy to work with and fun!

Rich and JoAnne's Family {Utah County Portrait Photography}

I was honored when I was asked to take the "big" family picture for Rich and JoAnne! They really are two of the sweetest, cutest and most fun couples I know. I love them and their great, big, fun, loud, and energetic family! They wanted to get the family portrait done before they left on an mission to England for 18 months for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

It was a hot August evening but we were able to find enough shade to keep us out of the sun. The sweltering heat didn't dampen the occasion - everyone was smiling, laughing and teasing each other. It was great!

I loved capturing images for this wonderful family and had a great time in the process (my face hurt from smiling and laughing so much!) Thanks! You guys are fantastic!!!

Chloe & Gage {Utah County Portrait Photography}

Yesterday I took these pictures of my niece's adorable children. Chloe and Gage were so fun!!! I had such a great time taking their pics. Chloe is an absolutely beautiful girl and Gage is the cutest little boy. (His cheeks are the best) These kiddos are so photogenic!
We were going to go to a park for the photo shoot but I decided to snap a "few" pictures in their backyard first and I'm glad I did. It was the perfect spot - lots of nice shade and a great wooden fence. We never had to leave their own yard!

Their pictures turned out great! What a couple of super kids!!!
